Every patient is paired with the primary care provider who can best help them reach their personal health goals, whether that’s becoming more fit, managing a chronic illness, or finding and coordinating care with other specialists.

We will work to schedule appointments that are convenient for you, whether you need an annual checkup or vaccination or some other member of your family needs a same-day visit or referral to be treated for the flu or some other illness or injury.

You will also have access to a free MyChart account, so you can pull up test results and other medical records, schedule appointments, request prescription refills and email your primary care providers online 24/7.

Our office is located on Medical Drive in Advance, North Carolina, off Highway 801 and just north of Highway 158. We are easily reached from Interstate 40, and are convenient to Bermuda Run, Wood Lee and Clemmons.
