Guest Services and Amenities

- There is a charge for parking, paid at the parking kiosk at the hospital or parking deck exits.
- If needed, we offer curbside pick-up and drop-off to help you out of your vehicle and guide you to your destination.

The gift shop is on the first floor of the north tower. It offers books, magazines, flowers, candy, baby gifts and more. Call for hours; you can shop online 24/7.

- Silas Creek Kitchen is on the ground floor.
- Seasons Café is in the west tower, first-floor lobby.
- Starbucks is in the north tower, first-floor lobby.
- Vending machines are throughout the hospital on every floor.

You can request a security escort to and from the parking lot (available 24/7) by calling the main hospital contact number.
We recommend you leave all valuables at home.
Weapons, drugs and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on Novant Health property.

- Free Wi-Fi by selecting “Guest Network."
- A sacred space for meditation, prayer and reflection is available in the west tower, first floor.
- Comfort items, such as games, phone chargers, reading materials and extra blankets, are available upon request.
Tobacco-free campus
Smoking, e-cigarettes and the use of tobacco products are prohibited anywhere on Novant Health facilities, including sidewalks, parking structures and inside vehicles parked or driving through campus.
