Dr Ross was extremely detailed and thorough describing my options and upcoming surgery. His support staff and nurses were kind, caring and thorough as well. Great experience

This is my first meeting with Dr Malcolm Ross. He is a very knowledgeable and thorough doctor. I was very impressed with him and the time he devoted to me on this visit. I’m confident the decisions he makes in my case will what is best.

As in the past, this was an excellent appointment and I have confidence in Dr. Ross and the staff. He is very professional and takes time to listen to you when you are there.

Dr. Ross is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to get to know his patient and is interested in their lives as well as their treatment. He makes you feel at ease even when you are in a situation that is not easy. Everything is explained in a way that makes it easy to understand and treatment is discussed so that it best meets the needs of the patient. Anyone who gets to see Dr. Ross or a member of his staff is lucky.

Dr. Ross listens and thoroughly explains the care and procedures that are being provided or recommended and he genuinely cares about his patients and their wellbeing.

I have loved and trusted Dr Ross from the time I met him.
