My experience with Novant Health Rheumatalogy and Arthritis - Westbrook has always been very positive. The ladies in reception are very efficient and friendly, whether in person or by phone. Dr. Gay's nurse is not only professional, but also kind. Dr. Gay listens to my symptoms and, after a thorough exam, offers options to help me cope with chronic pain.
