Our clinic is next to the Mount Pleasant Senior Center on Leonard Fulghum Boulevard, and across from East Cooper Medical Center, and between Hospital Drive and Mathis Ferry Road. We are close to Mount Pleasant, Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms, Daniel Island and Charleston.
