Established patients can see a provider at our weekend sick clinic. We also offer routine care including annual childhood checkups, vaccinations, and school and sports physicals.

Our office is conveniently located on Lyndhurst Avenue between Brigham Street and Bodford Street, near Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. We are easily reached from South Hawthorne Road, South Stratford Road, and exits 189 and 190 on Interstate 40. We are close to greater Winston-Salem, Clemmons and Bermuda Run.
