Appointments
Our clinic does not require a referral in order to see you, but your insurer might. Please confirm coverage before scheduling. In cases where we need to have previous medical records sent to us, we will ask for a referral.

New Patients
We look forward to seeing you in our clinic. If you have received images from testing at a location other than Hilton Head Hospital or Coastal Carolina, we ask that you bring those images (not just the reports, but the images themselves) with you to your appointment.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment.
What to bring
- Your photo ID
- Your insurance card
- Your method of copayment or payment in full if insurance will not cover your visit
- A list of any medications you are currently taking, including name and dosage
- Any recent imaging you have in your possession
- Any forms that you need our office to complete
- Any forms you have completed ahead of time using the links below
