At Novant Health Family Medicine, we aim to be your partner in good health. We offer preventive care, including the vaccines and chronic disease management you need to stay as healthy as possible. We also use these visits as opportunities to address small problems before they become larger concerns. Should you or a family member become sick, we offer same-day and next-day visits whenever possible so you can skip a trip to urgent care and instead see a provider you know and can trust.
