Whether your doctor has determined you are at risk of heart disease, or you are in the later stages of heart failure, Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute – Mooresville can help.

Our team is trained to provide routine, continuing care to patients with high blood pressure, irregular heartbeats and other risk factors for heart disease. We also care for patients already diagnosed with heart failure.

We’ll start by thoroughly reviewing your medical history and running tests to get a better understanding of how your heart is performing. If needed, we can order advanced diagnostic procedures to determine underlying conditions that may be affecting your heart function.

Once your condition is known, we can review treatment options, including prevention strategies such as changes to your diet and medications or exercise.

If you are in the later stages of heart failure, we will guide you through treatment options and help you find the surgeon or other specialist that’s right for you. And, of course, we will be here after any advanced procedures to provide the follow-up care and support you need.

Our clinic is located in Mooresville on Medical Park Road, between Fairview Road and Charlotte Highway (Highway 21). We are just east of Interstate 77, and are easily reached from Exit 33 (the Williamson Road/Highway 21 exit).
