High Tide Internal Medicine – Mount Pleasant cares for adults ages 18 and older, and offers comprehensive primary care. We want to be your partner in good health. We believe that starts with preventive care including annual physicals and vaccinations, and continues should you become sick or injured and require prompt care. We have the tools and knowledge necessary to help you live the healthiest life possible.

Services we offer include: 

• Same-day and next-day sick patient appointments
• Annual physicals
• Care for chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol, allergies and cardiac conditions
• Immunizations including flu shots for established patients
• Routine gynecologic care including Pap tests, pelvic exams and post-menopause care
• Contraceptive counseling and prescriptions
• Travel medicine services including vaccine and pre-travel visits
• Electrocardiograms (EKGs; used to assess heart function)
• On-site lab services including throat cultures, rapid strep tests, urinalysis and routine blood tests
• Treatment for minor skin conditions
