You are busy. At Island Medical, we understand that getting the medical care you need must fit into that busy schedule. That’s why we work to bring convenient, comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages to your area, so you can have all your basic medical needs met close to where you live or work.

If you or a loved one are sick or injured, we offer same-day and next day appointments so you can get care quickly from a provider you know. Annual physicals and well-child checkups are great opportunities to establish those relationships with your providers. We encourage that regular preventive care for children and adults so we can help you stay as healthy as possible, and address any small problems before they become larger concerns. 

Our clinic is on Island Park Drive, just southwest of Interstate 526. You can reach us by taking Seven Farms Drive to River Landing Road and heading northwest. Island Park Drive will be the first street on your right. We are convenient to all of Daniel Island, north Charleston and Mount Pleasant.
