For nearly two decades, Island Medical has offered primary care to patients of all ages. We want to be your partner in good health. That starts with understanding your current health and looking for ways to improve or maintain it. It also includes caring for you quickly when you have an acute illness or injury, as well as helping you manage any ongoing medical concerns.

Services we offer include:

• Same-day and next-day sick visits
• Childhood checkups
• Vaccinations and immunizations, including the annual flu vaccine
• School, sports, camp, DOT and Medicare physicals
• Annual physicals
• Gynecologic care including Pap tests, pelvic exams, breast exams and help with gynecologic concerns
• Birth control counseling and prescriptions
• Management of chronic diseases including hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, asthma, arthritis and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
• Lab services including blood draws, urinalysis, rapid strep and flu tests, and blood and urine pregnancy tests
• Minor skin procedures including stitches, and wart and mole removal
