Novant Health Northern Family Medicine – Summerfield cares for babies, children, teens and adults of all ages. We aim to help you stay as healthy as possible, and to help you feel better quickly when you are sick or injured. Our providers offer comprehensive primary care services. We offer early-morning appointments and on-site lab services to make getting the care you need as convenient as possible.
