We encourage regular preventive care to help you stay as healthy as possible. These appointments give you a chance to get to know your provider, and give your provider a chance to address small problems before they become larger concerns. When you or a family member is sick, you can rely on us for a same-day or next-day appointment so you can start feeling better fast.

Our clinic is on Fairview Road, just east of SouthPark Mall. We are between Colony Road and Carmel Road. You can also reach us by taking Providence Road to Fairview Road, and heading west on Fairview. We are close to south Charlotte, the Foxcroft neighborhood, the SouthPark area, Ballantyne and Matthews.
