Our family is here to care for your family
At Novant Health Primary Care Partners – Ligon Mill, we understand how important quality medical care is to you and your family. Our providers are committed to delivering exceptional medical care for children and adults, beginning at age 12. We work to get to know you, and then to help you lead the healthiest life possible.
Since 2010, Gina Micchia, a doctor of osteopathy, and Joseph Micchia, also a DO, have provided primary care services to families in Wake Forest, North Carolina. They founded the clinic to serve the community they call home. They are also proud to be active outside of their clinic, working with local high school teams and becoming involved in their own children’s activities.
William Clark, MD, has practiced medicine in North Carolina since 1981. He has experience in both emergency departments and urgent care clinics. Dr. Clark is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He stays involved in the Wake Forest community through his involvement in historic preservation and local sporting events, which he enjoys with his children.
Our clinic has been recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). NCQA is a private, not-for-profit organization that assesses and works to improve healthcare. This means you can expect care from our providers that is focused on you. You will be encouraged to take an active role in your health as you build relationships with your care team, ask questions and provide feedback. Your “medical home” care team includes you, your provider and other healthcare staff members as well as your family and friends.
From annual physicals to sick-patient appointments to help managing chronic medical conditions, the medical team at Novant Health Primary Care Partners – Ligon Mill is here for you whenever you need primary care. Our clinic is centrally located in Wake Forest, just north of Raleigh.
