Our clinic is located on Wellness Boulevard, just off of Highway 74 (West Roosevelt Boulevard) in Monroe, North Carolina. We are between Secrest Shortcut Road and North Rocky River Road. We are close to Indian Trail, Lake Park, Wesley Chapel, Wingate, Unionville and New Salem.
