We encourage regular preventive care including checkups, vaccines, and school and sports physicals so our providers can monitor your child’s health and address small concerns before they become larger problems.

Our clinic is on East Monmouth Street between Old Lexington Road and Dacian Street. We are near Sprague Street, Highway 52 (the John Gold Memorial Expressway) and Interstate 40. We are convenient to the Winston-Salem State University area, south Winston-Salem, Woodbridge and West Salem.
