Guest Services and Amenities

Free parking is available in front of the hospital.
If needed, we offer curbside pick-up and drop-off to help you out of your vehicle and guide you to your destination.

The Gift Harbor is located in the main lobby. It offers books, magazines, flowers, candy, baby gifts and more. Call for hours; you can shop online 24/7.

The Lighthouse Café is located on the ground floor, just past the gift shop and elevators, and includes an outdoor patio.

- Company Police are on staff 24 hours a day and regularly patrol our facilities.
- If you have security or safety concerns, you can reach Company Police at 910-343-2444.
- We recommend you leave all valuables at home.
Weapons, drugs and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on Novant Health property.

- Computers, digital and online resources, and publications and print materials are available at the Robert M. Fales Health Sciences Library, located on the main hospital concourse past the auditorium.
Tobacco-free campus
Smoking, e-cigarettes and the use of tobacco products are prohibited anywhere on Novant Health facilities, including sidewalks, parking structures and inside vehicles parked or driving through campus.
