Guest services & amenities

  • Parking is free in the parking deck next to the Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital, accessed on both Vail Avenue and Colonial Avenue.
  • On weekdays during visitor hours, complimentary valet parking is offered at the main entrance on Randolph Road.
  • After hours, a member of our public safety staff can grant access via the intercom located at the main entrance.
  • If needed, we offer curbside pick-up and drop-off to help you out of your vehicle and guide you to your destination.

The gift shop is on the first floor near the main lobby of Presbyterian Medical Center. It offers personal care items, books, magazines, flowers, candy and baby gifts. Hours vary, but you can shop online 24/7.

  • The cafeteria is on the first floor near the elevators.
  • Vending machines are on the first floor in Celebration Hall.

You can request a security escort to and from the parking lot (available 24/7) by calling the main hospital contact number. 

We recommend you leave all valuables at home.

Weapons, drugs and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on Novant Health property.

  • Free Wi-Fi (Select “Guest Network”)
  • A sacred space for meditation, prayer and reflection is available in the Celebration Hall on the first floor.

Tobacco-free campus 

Smoking, e-cigarettes and the use of tobacco products are prohibited anywhere on Novant Health facilities, including sidewalks, parking structures and inside vehicles parked or driving through campus.
