Appointments

To schedule an appointment at St. Jude Affiliate Clinic at Novant Health Hemby Children's Hospital, please call our office at (704) 384-1900 or (800) 786-1638.

Appointments can be scheduled between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday.

If interpreter services are needed, please let us know at the time you make the appointment, and we will make arrangements and no cost to you. If lodging is required, let us know and we will assist with accommodations.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you can fill out necessary forms. Please bring with you a list of your child's current medications and your child's insurance card. We appreciate 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

Second opinions

If your child has received a diagnosis from another provider, or is undergoing treatment for cancer or a blood disorder, we welcome you to visit our clinic for a second opinion. In most cases, your insurance will cover this visit. Your child's current doctor will not have to be informed of your visit.
