Guest Services and Amenities

Patients and visitors may park in our visitor parking deck. There is a charge for parking, paid at the parking gate when you leave.

The gift shop is on the first floor. It offers books, magazines, flowers, candy, baby gifts and more. Call for hours; you can shop online 24/7.

  • Café 1500 offers hot dishes, sandwiches, salads, pastries, pizza and coffee.
  • The Common Grounds kiosk sells coffee and some snacks.
  • Caroline’s Corner, near the main entrance of Hemby Children’s Hospital, offers a variety of complimentary snacks.
  • Vending machines are throughout the hospital on every floor.

You can request a security escort to and from the parking lot (available 24/7).  

We recommend you leave all valuables at home.
