Guest services and amenities
- Parking is free.
- You can request a parking lot security escort (available 24/7).
- We recommend you leave valuables at home.
Weapons, drugs and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on Novant Health property.
- The cafeteria is located on the first floor, just inside the front door.
- Vending machines are located throughout the hospital on every floor
- Free Wi-Fi by selecting “Guest Network”
- Comfort items, such as games, reading materials and extra blankets are available upon request.
Tobacco-free campus
Smoking, e-cigarettes and the use of tobacco products are prohibited anywhere on Novant Health facilities, including sidewalks, parking structures and inside vehicles parked or driving through campus.
