Guest services and amenities

Parking is free.

If needed, we offer curbside pick-up and drop-off to help you out of your vehicle and guide you to your destination.

The Gift Garden is on the first floor, across from the surgical waiting room. It offers personal care items, books, magazines, snacks and convenience items. Call for hours; you can shop online 24/7.

  • The Wrightsville Café is on the first floor.
  • You can also order food through GetFood, an online food ordering system. You can pick up food at the vending area.
  • Vending machines are outside the Wrightsville Café.

  • Company Police are on staff 24 hours a day and regularly patrol our facilities.
  • If you have security or safety concerns, you can reach Company Police at 910-343-2444.
  • We recommend you leave all valuables at home. 

Weapons, drugs and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on Novant Health property.

  • Free Wi-Fi by selecting “nhrmc-public”
  • Chapels and quiet rooms for reflection are available throughout our facilities. The Orthopedic Hospital Memorial Chapel is also available on the first floor by the intensive care unit (ICU).
  • Comfort items, such as games, phone chargers, reading materials and extra blankets, are available upon request.

Tobacco-free campus 

Smoking, e-cigarettes and the use of tobacco products are prohibited anywhere on Novant Health facilities, including sidewalks, parking structures and inside vehicles parked or driving through campus.
