The only problem was the address. We had an old address, which we visited first before going to the correct location. We appreciate the staff waiting for us as we were about 10 min late. I trust Dr. Bethea and his staff.

i’ve been to so many different neurologists throughout the years and this is honestly the first time i’ve felt like i’m really being listened to. the staff was so nice and provided me with all the information i needed and the doctor was very thorough and i really appreciate his chill down to earth vibe because going to the neurologist always has me on edge. i will be continuing my epilepsy care here for sure.

I was given details about the EEG before attaching the leads, answers to applicable questions during the procedure. My daughter was with me & her presence was totally accepted by the nurse who put on the leads and by the nurse who removed them the next day. All in all, it was a good experience.

I am thankful for the personal care I received. I was hoping to have a little more help with possible autonomic central nervous issues I’m seeming to deal with, but will trust the doctor’s professional opinion on where I am.

The whole team, from the front desk to Dr. Bethea are wonderful. They are personable, caring, and are willing to work with patients and their families on every level of care. I would and have, recommended Dr. Bethea any day of the week. He's great, and he cares, and people know if you really care or not, and I feel like he really cares about my mother and her health.
