I have never been to any doctor so prepared for my visit. Dr Deng knew my history all the way back to 1998.

The staff was very helpful. I was unable to register online so they resent the message. She was cordial and efficient.

Dr. Deng was very thorough in my appointment with the problems I was having, and we discussed everything I had questions about at length because she wanted me to understand everything that was going on with me. I am extremely happy I will start having my blood taken every 4 months so I can get my blood tests where they should be and then on the 4th blood test I will have my appt with her. Dr Deng’s the best doctor I have ever had and I am very lucky to have someone who truly cares about her patients and she is very thorough on explaining everything we need to know. I highly recommend Dr.Deng!!! The girl that took my blood, was also extremely nice and helpful and had a smile on her face. Not only is Dr. Deng a fabulous doctor, so is her staff!

Dr Deng is very attentive and explains medical concerns fully. Also, the chemo nurses in the infusion room are so pleasant and efficient, great teamwork.

Everything in oncology is not always easy to navigate. She breaks it down on a level that is easy to comprehend.

Dr. Deng was unavoidably delayed, so was a bit late to my appointment. Her staff kept me informed of the delay and got me set up as quickly as they could to move things along once the doctor arrived. I felt the delay was handled very kindly and professionally. Although Dr. Deng was understandably hurried and running behind schedule once she saw me, she still took time to ask good questions and listened carefully to my responses.
