Shannon was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Hopefully this is the right treatment plan. Check in and check out was effortless as usual and I only had to wait a few minutes to be seen. Staff asked to see me in person after messaging in portal and calling.

This was my initial visit. My original appointment had to be rescheduled due to the facility closing due to Tropical Storm Debby. The facility reached out to let me know about the closure and rescheduled my appointment. My actual appointment was great from the front desk through checkout. I always have the most respect for this office, when I always call they always seem to find an appointment for that day for me to be seen, and they listen what I have to say about my body, and they make sure they give medicine if needed to get to the point to see that it works to take care of any illness that you might have, I would recommend anyone that is needing a physician to give them a try, they want be sorry they did

From walking in to walking out, all made it obvious that my health was their concern. Extensive questions trying to determine my problem, and follow-on actions to reach a solution. Special kudos to the blood draw ladies! Almost didn’t hurt! Also appreciated the wrap over the injection site - way better on my hairy arm than a bandaid!

I feel very blessed to have Shannon Mathis as our FNP, both my husband feel we found the primary care office for us! Leaving doctors that we trust had been a challenge with relocating, but now we have confidence in the care we will receive.

I always find this group of people to be prompt and friendly as they take care of me. I’m not loving this aging process but thankfully, I like my health care providers!

I was concerned about possible Covid. I’ve had so much congestion and sinus issues. Novant was very professional in telling us to come to a side entrance and doing the Covid test. No Covid which was great. Now on an antibiotic and feeling a bit better.

We were both called due to a cancellations. We were very glad to be able to get in at an earlier date. I had heard good things about Shannon and were very happy to be able to see her.
