Grayson pa. He did a great job explaining the situation for my husband and giving him options. Can’t say good enough about him would be happy to have him as my permanent PA. The facility is in beautiful condition and all the services were great

Good experience and was told of the next follow up

I was there b4 8am as was my appt at 8am. A few minutes after 8, I was called and seen by staff. That's the way it should be. If you are on time, you should be seen on time. Thank you for GOOD SERVICE.

Grayson is a wonderful asset to novant. Your facility is showing its age. Phlebotomist in the lab was excellent.

Doctor and nurse practitioner did a fantastic job with me and my wife. She even said that he knew his job even knew what the hospital had done and everything that when on and she was very impressed. Yes I really like Novanthealth. We love going there and to Wilmington Hospital and healthcare. I would recommend Y’all to everyone and which I do to people and family members even people who ask me who do I go to for health care and the hospital I go to.

This is the first time I've experienced afib and while it took me better than 40 minutes to findly get to talk a human, Renee, she was great getting me an appointment with PA Mayberry. He was very informative and caring.

Only negative thing I would say is it took many tries over several months to get an appointment with my doctor (which I never did). Was told the calendar was not "open." Finally resorted to an appointment with a PA which I do not regret. He was wonderful and very attentive. I'll definitely see him again.

The entire staff is friendly and efficient. I received quality care with a very short wait time.

Meds were ordered by nurse to wrong pharmacy. 4 days later still unable to straighten it out after 4 pharmacy phone calls, call to provider, and visit to pharmacy.

It didn't appear that the provider was over-scheduled
