Dr Spiers is very good about following up or her nurse following up on test that were done to assure me what test results were on a X-ray that I was concerned about .

The new Medicare yearly checkup questionnaire is absolutely too long. I did it on line but feel very sorry for people who are not tech savvy. This needs to be streamlined! The staff was wonderful and patient.

Amy and Dr Spiers’s were very accommodating and very mindful of my needs. I would like recommend them to friends and family.

Dr Spiers listened to my concerns and answered my questions was completely satisfied with my visit.

Some items on my chart were not right; I wish to note to correct them. 1) Church attendance yes regular until covid and the need to take care of my deceased sisters 14 year old dog, so now I mostly stream or use tv/internet. 2- sister -heart condition -not to my knowledge. Also, my symptoms are all the same (so not listed as new or more) so I did not check the box and they do include weakness and fatigue, also have concerns for memory, etc. I have submitted my Power of Attorney papers several times and it is the same -my sister serves for my health concerns and any financial issues upon any severe illness or death.

My physician appeared to be genuinely concerned. She explained what she was going to do about my problem and what I could expect. Great visit.

Dr. Spiers and her team are awesome.l!! This was my annual visit, and from the check-in process to the visit with my Dr to doing labs and checkout, everything was perfect. Everyone was personable, friendly, and efficient. I never had to wait long to be called back, to see the doctor, getting labs done and the checkout process. Kudos to Dr. Spiers and her technicians. They are always amazing. I feel like my health is in great care with them.

No problems of any kind!

The office staff was most accommodating. I left my home early with plenty of time to arrive. But there was an accident on the freeway, and I sat for 45 minutes. I called the office to say I didn't think I was going to make it. They informed me that I had an extra 15 minutes grace time and were able to take the next scheduled person ahead of me. I appreciated the flexibility and was able to see the doctor as scheduled.

I was very pleased with the response time and the timely manner in which I was seen as well as being contacted after testing.

Dr Spiers had great bedside manner. Listened to and addressed all my concerns. She made getting the care I needed very easy. I felt like she treated me like a person and not just a patient. I really liked the white noise machine in the exam room. It made me much more relaxed while I briefly waited. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend.

Dr.Spiers is always attentive to my concerns and health issues. She is very professional and I am never rush through my appointments!

The lab for bloodwork was ridiculously backed up. I waited nearly an hour. There were 16 people in an alcove for 9 chairs. Staff appeared to be doing their best, but it should not take that long or be that chaotic in the waiting area.

I had to wait to see the doctor for quite some time with no explanation. This happened the time before also. Everyone in the waiting room went in before me, and I was there way before them. Just curious why this keeps happening.

Dr. Spiers and the staff at Novant New Hanover Primary Care are everything I want in a medical provider: professional, courteous, friendly, respectful of my time, and knowledgeable.

Good. The Covid test was fast. I do not have to wait long in an office to be seen by my Care Provider. Virtual visit is convenient for me.

Appreciated the same day appointment. She really helped me at a difficult time.

Yearly physical and 6 months check the same. Thinking physical should be a more good looking over for lumps and growths. Preventive. Healthy and would like to stay that way.

The staff is amazing

It was my first visit to Novant health. I need some more interactions with my provider to give a thorough evaluation of my experience.

Dr. Spiers and staff have always provided me with excellent care in the most courteous manner.

Virtual visit and provider was great. However lab results took over 3 hours to get after repeated calls to lab. ( a one hour turnaround was promised). System never posted results to my chart until I called lab and insisted they retrieve the test results.

Dr. Spiers was available to see me as my primary care doctor was on vacation. This was an emergency as I had fallen on my foot and needed immediate attention. Her office X-Ray ed my ankle and determined that I sprained it when I fell. This was a typical example of how New HanoverNovant Health has always responded to any last minute requests for health care assistance. I am a grateful patient!

I am still hoping to hear back about an Orthopedic for my groin and hip area referral.

I hope the vit b helps me with my exhaustion, lack of strength, and energy - and that I get more answeres, right solutions to my health situation, I do not believe It is just getting older, some people my age don't have these symptoms. I do not like to have lots of meds as the answer but something that works for me without the bad side effects (ones that I already have) and without high costs. I am praying for change and right solutions. I thank everyone for their help in this quest for good health.

Doctor Spiers is always caring and respectful

I felt everyone I came in contact with from Dr. Spiers to all her supportive staff was most virtual and helpful.

I drive 100 miles to see this office because they are so trusted.

Felt provider was in a hurry and not really attentive to me. Would have liked to have been asked "what if any were my concerns? " by the provider. Before leaving the room would have liked the provider to ask questions of me like,"Do you have any more questions?" "Have I answered your questions sufficiently?" Would have liked her to wait until I had placed my hearing aides back in before talking to me. (Had to take them out for exam). I have confidence in this provider and think the care I am getting is good, just felt a little impersonal in the exam.

Both my husband and brecame a new patients at Novant Primary Care in 2022. Since 2010 We had been seeing an out of network MD. I have been very pleased with our care as new MDs get to know us!! Having all test results on my chart is SO helpful!

I am very comfortable & confident with the way Dr Spiers (& her team) take care of me.

I almost feel this is a wasted visit. Labs done wk prior. Labs shown on computer. This visit is to go over what you already saw on the patient portal. I feel if there is anything wrong you could keep appointment and if all is well you could call and cancel the appointment, therefore saving the cost.

Dr. Spiers is extremely good & always keeps me informed as to test results & their implications. I couldn't be more pleased with a doctor & her staff.
