This was my first time in this location and with Dr. Ring. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful! Dr. Ring answered all of my questions and informed me about my issue.

Everyone from check in to the nurse to Dr. Ring was fantastic! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Ring was excellent. Explained everything before the procedure, during the procedure, and a thorough recap of what she found, when to expect results, and potential treatments options.

The staff and doctor were very professional, explained everything about my procedure and made me feel very comfortable.

I did not feel heard or cared for and wasn’t receiving any help/support/guidance. I was asked why I was there and told “I’m sorry I can’t answer your questions”. I had waited for that appointment for over 2 months and walked out even more confused.

Every person I encountered was extremely nice and helpful in whatever way I needed. It was a pleasure being seen at this practice.

I was disappointed that The Dr was not able to give me the specific treatment I am looking for, no fault of hers, however that being said, why is there only one Dr in the novant group in huntersville nc that can do surgery for pelvic organ prolapse, who happens to be a male Dr. Lets make some changes.

Going to the gynecologist is always a tough pill to swallow! I am so happy that I found Dr. Ring. She makes me feel comfortable and empowered. I honestly don’t spend much time thinking about my reproductive health, but she makes me want to use the proper terminology and to fully understand what is going on in my body. She and her staff are great additions to the Novant family!
