Excellent customer service best doctors visit I've had for my kids.

I love Dr. Clancy and my kids feel very safe and comfortable with her. She is so friendly and always takes time to answer all of my questions, she never makes me feel rushed and I really appreciate that. I have typically not been thrilled with the nurses at this office but for the first time in nearly 5 years we had a wonderful nurse - I believe her name is Kathy - she treated my son with respect, spoke to him instead of over his head and took an extra second to explain each part of his exam (even basic things like showing him how to stand when she measured his height rather than just pointing and waiting for him to figure it out as nurses have done in the past). Kathy set the tone for the visit and put my son completely at ease. This was the first visit he was not anxious during and I know it was thanks to her kindness and extra effort with a small child.

Dr. Clancy remembers us has wonderful bedside manners and listens. She is able to give information about big medical concerns but will address minor issues such as chapped lips. She is always knowledgeable and tries to parental needs.
