Front office/check-in staff was especially friendly and welcoming.

Fortunately, I rarely have any urgent problems but when I do they try to get me an appointment as soon as possible. The staff are friendly and courteous. My provider makes me feel comfortable to discuss any concerns I may have about my condition. Thank you ?

felt this experience was extremely transactional and rushed. the provider seemed like she was in a huge hurry and made me feel like she did not have time for my questions/my questions were not valid. I left feeling very discouraged.

Dr & nurse were both so helpful and helped my health situation.

Had to wait in the waiting room and then again in exam room. Was there for an hour. Maybe 15 minute appointment.

Dr. Jennifer Calfee is understanding, caring and an outstanding GYN provider. Feel comfortable knowing she is my doctor. All staff showed respect and courtesy. Good team.

The lady that schedules the appointments does a wonderful job. Definitely a great addition to your office. Dr. Calfee is so down to earth and positive! Her assistants are always wonderful too. Been a patient here for 26+ years! That says a lot!!!

Staff and dr made me feel like a real person and not just a chart #. The office moral seemed very positive and everyone I saw and/or met were very kind and listened to me. You don't see "patient service" as excellent as I was treated much anymore.

My appointment was rescheduled twice. And my blood results have been in and I have no idea what I'm looking at. I sent a portal message and still haven't received an answer back.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer recently and had a lot of health challenges since then. My dr took the time to read though all my history so she could help me. It means so much to know she took that time.

I love my doctor and staff. Always so nice and treat you really well.

Excellent care and appreciate staff!

My ultrasound appointment was scheduled during the staff lunchtime. I had to wait 45 minutes until they returned. I waited over 50 minutes for the doctor to see me. While she apologized, no one communicated there would be this long delay.

Dr. Calfee takes time to listen to my questions or any concerns. Then she will respond In a caring manner with wording I can understand. I have multiple chronic health conditions, and Dr. Calfee is ALWAYS so gentle. She goes out of her way to make my exam visit easy on my body by working with my limitations. I realize this makes it more challenging for her, but she never complains. Dr. Calfee is always reassuring me that she understands and doesn't mind caring for me.

Very professional and personable

This was my first time coming to see Dr Calfee. The nurses and staff from the front desk all the way throughout my visit were friendly, kind, and discreet. They explained everything to me beforehand and answered all of my questions. The Dr. was warm and friendly she made it a point to sit down and get to know me and listen to my concerns before the exam started. She made me feel comfortable and made what can normally be a not so pleasant experience very quick and easy! Even the phlebotomists were friendly. I am so happy to have become a patient here. I left feeling informed. The tests I had were resulted in my portal by the afternoon and Dr Calfee had already entered her notes. I feel I can trust them with my health.
