Dr.Patel is the Best!!

The nurse who gave me my booster was rushed and rough. I could tell before the shot went in that it was gonna hurt. She should be retrained on how to give a shot.

Dr. Patel is a wonderful provider. I felt listened to all throughout my appointment and was given verbal and written education.

I appreciate all of the staff they treated me great friendly DR Patel was very nice athank you all for all you do.

Really pleased w/ my experience all around. Every staff member I interacted with was SO nice and friendly and Dr. Patel was really great and took time to listen to some issues I had been dealing with a lot of empathy and helped put together a plan of action. I was referred to Dr. Pulak Patel by coworker. I am very happy I found a Physician that practices two way communication with the patient, is knowledgeable and is understanding of the human element of relating to patients as part of the care she provides to the patient. I feel heard by her and will definitely recommend her to any acquaintances seeking a primary care Physician.

I LOVED Dr. Patel. I came in for a new issue, and she patiently listened to all my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all. As a new mom, it’s hard to get out of the house with a baby, and she helped me get my Pap smear, shots, and referrals to other docs all in the same appointment. She even helped watch my baby while I was getting dressed! We connected on a personal level, and I felt extremely cared for / listened to. She is such an angel, and I’ll 1000% continue coming back to her.

The waiting office was very clean, the center was clean and inviting for patients. I will be recommending my Doctor and NovantHealth to my family and friends. Especially this location.

I listed my current medications online ahead of time, then I was asked to write them down when I arrived, then I was asked again and the nurse or assistant wrote them down.

I can’t ever say enough good things about Dr. Patel and the care she provides me. She listens to me, explains things to me, and treats me with care and compassion. Her CMA is also wonderful and kind as well! I am so glad that this office is my PCP.
