This is a nice very clean easy to get to establishment with free parking. On the first level no big parking deck that you have to go round and round. I like it that they have a sick waiting room that is separate from the well room waiting area. Unfortunately I have been in it.

Everyone @ the office is very professional and pleasant throughout the visit and my wait time is always Short and the schedulers are awesome in getting you in at last minute if necessary for same day appointments and future ones and I appreciate there work efforts and them .

The nurse who gave me my booster was rushed and rough. I could tell before the shot went in that it was gonna hurt. She should be retrained on how to give a shot.

I was referred to Dr. Pulak Patel by coworker. I am very happy I found a Physician that practices two way communication with the patient, is knowledgeable and is understanding of the human element of relating to patients as part of the care she provides to the patient. I LOVED Dr. Patel. I came in for a new issue, and she patiently listened to all my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all. As a new mom, it’s hard to get out of the house with a baby, and she helped me get my Pap smear, shots, and referrals to other docs all in the same appointment. She even helped watch my baby while I was getting dressed! We connected on a personal level, and I felt extremely cared for / listened to. She is such an angel, and I’ll 1000% continue coming back to her.
