I was early. The medical assistant, Paris, brought me in early. She was professional, but friendly. We shared a joke as she weighed me in. Both she and Leah Blum made this one of the visits I’ve had. Leah listened carefully to hints I shared. I seemed to be very concerned about my well being. I believe I was her last appointment of the day. Not once did I feel like she rushed me in any way. She listened to me and responded in such a way that it was very obvious that her focus was my well being.

I am 75 years old, I have health issues as most would at this age. This team respects my dignity and helps me to age gracefully. By that I mean that they help me to manage my health so that I can stay active and mobile. They don't just treat me as if I am overly concerned or should give in to what might be age-related conditions. If I have a condition that can be treated, I want the option of discovery. I don't like being treated as if I'm an old hypochondriac, or I'm old trying to be young. I want to be mobile and alert as long as I can be.

Leah was very thorough in explaining my new medication ... how to use it, what to expect and not expect, what do do it I have a problem (esp. with insurance). She answered all my many questions with complete patience and thoroughness. I was nervous about possible changes to my medications but I left feeling excited and confident with the new procedures. FANTASTIC CARE!
