Office visit was fine, surgeon was exactly as I expected, that is to say busy and confident. I feel he is qualified, the real test of satisfaction though is medical result from (upcoming) surgery not just friendly office staff. The surgeon's PA and assistants were very good so far, they said someone would call with further info and they did within a few hours.

The PA’s were excellent. I apologize as I can’t recall their names. The associate who called to me to make the appointment was also very professional. Dr Fraser listened, showed me my x-ray explaining what he saw. Great experience throughout.

Excellent service

The doctor never faced me speaking and instead spoke looking at his computer with his back to me the entire time. I wouldn’t even recognize him should I see him again. (The assistant was excellent.)

Nothing else needs to be said. Service and attention all around was great.

Dr. Frazier has been most helpful regarding my issues. He is very kmowlesgeable and has a great bedside manner. His staff is most helpful, compassionate and caring. It is a great group.

The PA made me feel like I was being rushed and he was not friendly. He did my knee injections . He just made me feel bad. The rest of the staff including Dr. Fraiser was very friendly. The wait time for the PA to do my injections was an hour long. He did not apologize for the wait .

Always a professional and very caring experience

I am healing from knee surgery and experiencing some intense pain and discomfort and other symptoms related to the knee. While in this appointment no one actually examined my knee, even though I was sitting with the exam shorts on. It felt very abstract and only focused on the x-rays, not on me personally, or my my pain level, or the specifics of what I am feeling or experiencing for the past months post-surgery.

From the time I entered the office the staff were friendly. Watching them was great fun! You could see they enjoyed their positions and co workers. It was so comfortable. Thank you to everyone who cared for me. A very positive experience.

Dr Frazier was knowledgeable but blunt and to the point. No elabortion about my fracture or prognosis. He didn't make eye contact with me

I was the first appointment of the day, So everything was on time. All the staff were very cordial and helpful. Dr. Fraser was very thorough and caring in his interpretation of my MRIs so that I understood everything. He spent a good deal of time with me answering all of my questions. I now understand why he recommended a total knee replacement as my best long term care option. I am very thankful to Dr. Fraser for expertise and his caring opinion and excellent communication.

Dr Frazier and his staff is amazing. He actually is a third surgeon that I've been to and the first one to really give me a solution after 2 years so I'm very grateful. The assistant the nurses the front staff incredible.thank you

Would like to not feel rushed once in examining room. I feel the doctor and PA are always in a hurry. Would like the doctor to not always stand and talk like he is in a hurry to leave. He is in and out to quick. I feel I have to ask questions quickly and would like more depth answers to my questions. I dont like feeling rushed.

Dr Fraser is an amazing Doctor. He performed a knee replacement surgery and the whole practice was there for me. Totally takes care of me.

Near perfect. Called for appointment on Friday and received one for Monday. Went back on time, saw Dr Fraser on time, PA administered the shots (steroid/knee) shortly after, and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes.

Went in for shorts in my knees. The PA did it. He was great! I’ve been getting shots in my knees for years, and this time I really didn’t know he just gave it to me! Excellent!

Dr. Fraser seemed more focused on the computer screen until I asked him to face me, to talk to me, the patient, instead of the computer. He graciously complied.

I’ve on oxygen and trouble walking. Radiology took me in so I didn’t have to walk to room and back. Dr Fraser is awesome. Ordered knee injection and was given promptly. Great experience.

Dr Fraser is very patient and listens closely to his patients. He takes his time to make sure you understand all aspects of the surgery.

With the exception of the one hour delay from the time of my appointment my experience was a positive one. Dr Fraser and his PA were courteous and answered my questions. Both were very personable.

Dr. Fraser is a wonderful doctor. He took time with me even though he was already running behind. He answered all my questions.

Since I have had 2 previous surgeries with this Dr. I have complete faith in another successful resolution of a replaced joint.

My issues were carefully considered and options of treatment were clearly explained.

I was treated with the utmost respect and care that I have had since this problem has arisen. Everyone was well aware of my concerns and needs before I said anything. Dr. Fraser came in, having already previewing my x rays. He explained them to me and listened to my concerns and needs. He was confident in the way we needed to go for improvement and I felt such a relief with everything he explained we needed to do. The other staff members were excellent and my checkout for my hip replacement was already set with all the information I could possibly need. by the end of my visit. The young man (I don't remember his name), was very thorough in showing and explaining all the paperwork and events that will occur until my surgery. The professionalism and ease of flow from the beginning to the end was superior. Thank you!

My Dr and the staff took good care of me

Great visit

Everyone was great. The X-ray Tech was so gracious of the fact I had broken my femur and that this was my first visit outside of the house. She was so gentle. The nurse was the same as was the PA snd then Dr Frasier.
