Dr. Egliton was terrific. She went over my past health history, updated my records, addressed my concerns. This was my introductory visit with her and I am very happy to have her as my primary care. I have already recommended her to my sister.

Since I have been with Novant, 14 years, I have always been treated very well. I moved here to Wilmington in August of 2021 from Madison NC, which is just north of Greensboro. I needed to find a new primary care doctor and I chose Doctor Eglinton. What a great choice I made. I find her to be very caring, very into any problems that I have and extremely thorough with my concerns. When you go to a restaurant, you look at the menu, choose exactly what you want, and place your order. She came with everything I expected and without placing an order.

Dr. Eglinton and her team are unbelievable. I felt like I was the only patient in the building. All the while we worked thru 2 tornado alarms. Dr. Eglinton is an amazing physician who has a wealth of knowledge, wonderful disposition and patience like I’ve never seen. She always listens and allows me to have input in the outcome of my appointments. Love everyone at this office!

The staff had experienced a very busy day and I was their last appointment. They treated me as if I were the first - no rushing, no sign of fatigue or wanting to get the day behind them. Great!

Dr. Eglinton’s Office is extremely good at getting back to me with any questions I have and they do it in a very timely manner. They take me seriously and answer every concern. There is usually very little wait time; I get seen earlier than my appointment because I always show up early.

The entire staff at this facility is so helpful and pleasant it makes going to the doctor feel comfortable and confident you’re going to be taken care of to the best of their ability.

Dr. Eglinton is very thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. She has had to deal with some of my other providers and has always been very supportive for years. She knows I don’t take advantage, but I have sent some requests through mychart because it’s so hard to get an appt and they’re things only she knows and another doctor can’t help. Nurses will intercept the messages, and I haven’t spoken with Dr. Eglinton but I wonder if she ever even saw my messages.

I am so pleased with my visits with Dr Eglinton! I feel like I am always being heard and the problem is taken care of right away. Also, all of the staff is very friendly and helpful.
