I would like to say that every member of staff i interacted with on October 9th was welcoming, it was my new patient appointment. As someone who hasn't had a regular doctor in so long, I was extremely nervous and I am glad to say my nerves were soothed almost immediately. I knew just from interacting with the woman at check in that I would be comfortable. Thank you to everyone there, you all are great at your jobs.

Dr Murray is so kind and patient. Listens to what I think and explains my options when considering a treatment plan. It can be difficult to schedule an appointment with her, but that’s what happens when people find a good doctor!

I have been a patient now for 4 years and have never been disappointed with the staff and doctors. Thank you for caring.

I currently have not received all of my test results on my chart. Usually have them all by now. Also, even though I had all my questions answered from the doctor, I never even got on the exam table for her to check out my eyes, ears, mouth and your basic things. Maybe doctors don’t even do that anymore. I just feel that a physical is not as thorough as it used to be.

Everyone here is super nice, informative, and friendly. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the doctor or the dentist and they do a great job at making it easy for me.

I got to my appointment 20 minutes early and was taken straight back. By the time I was done talking to my doctor it was my scheduled appointment time. It was great to be able to get done with my appointment early. The nurse that took my blood was great. She didn't hurt me which was fantastic.

Dr. Murray truly listens . The lab person took my blood on her first try without any further tries. These two concerns are very important to me and I definitely appreciate their attention to such.

My Doctor is very professional and knowledgeable. She is very excellent. She has a heart of gold. The staff are very professional and polite.

When I called to get my appointment as a new patient, I could not get in til august. When I sighed the receptionist told me that if they had any cancellations they would call. Within 20 minutes of hanging up I was called with a new appointment date for the next week. It made me feel like I mattered. Everyone was so nice the day of my appointment. Dr. Murray was very down to earth and was a great listener. I think I made a great choice in this facility

Dr Murray is absolutely wonderful!! Right now I live in Winston Salem but I will continue to use her as my primary physician. Her true care and concern are a breath of fresh air in this world!!!! This was my first visit to Sun Valley Physicians as my doctor for many years recently retired. Everyone I encountered was very polite and helpful. Dr. Murray was very good at listening to me and reviewing my medial history. I look forward to have her as my new family doctor.

I feel like Dr. Murray cares, she asks questions about how you feel, and then listens to your answer. I believe that she understands that patients are more knowledgeable about their health issues. She will discuss issues with you, and correct you, if you are misinformed, but never does she make you feel stupid.

I don’t think a hospital follow up should be required after a surgery especially if the patient has follow ups scheduled with the specialists.

Hello, Everyone at the Sun Valley location is wonderful my PCP Dr. Murray is amazing. I love her bedside manner. It’s always a pleasure to see her in the staff.

The entire visit, the entire staff displayed teamwork, with care, concern, smiles and professionalism! I thought a 3:30 PM appointment would consist of waiting and I was wrong. I get the feeling I’m the only person receiving personal service every time I visit! Dr. Murray never seems rushed to get to the next patient, shows genuine care and I never leave with questions! Great place, consistent performance and great attitudes always!
