I appreciate Katy Johnson as my Healthcare provider. All of the staff (reception / intake and nursing staff) were friendly and efficient.

I tell all my friends about my Dr Katy and her CNA always helps everyone does a great job.

Dr Johnsons Listens to you. she ask questions then she ask if I have any questions. Then she tells you to get a hold of her if anything else comes up or if I think of any other questions.

Katy my PA is excellent along with her nurse Carrie! I have found over the time I have come to Novant Oceanside, the front desk check in people are not very friendly or tired or whiny. No one smiles or takes pride in their job. They are your frontline, they are your customer service for those not feeling well. A smile or act of a compliment or kind word goes a lot further than a conversation between colleagues of how tired they are.
