I wanted to highlight the excellent customer service provided by Beverly. She went out of her way to be so accommodating from the initial call to checking me in and out for my visit. I was able to get an appointment the same week that I experienced my symptoms. She was so delightful while I was checking in and actually recognized my name and voice from 2 days previously. As I was waiting to check out she went out of her way to do that for me so I didn't have to wait. The entire office staff was friendly and welcoming! The provider exceeded my expectations as well. She listened to my what had happened and validated my concerns. I feel reassured that the tests will help diagnose or at least rule out possible reasons for my symptoms.

The staff went out of their way to assist me, even bringing me a wheelchair after having blood drawn and taking me out to my vehicle to save the long walk back through the building.
