I had cataract surgery with the LAL lens. I did not realize the time involved with follow up adjustments and lock in's. The procedure of the adjustments and lock in's is very uncomfortable. But, that being said, I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

I am always treated with respect and kindness when visiting the office.

He called about my test result as soon as it came in. He is a conscientious doctor who care about the patients.

Since Novant took over, it's almost impossible to get a referral to set up an appt. New Hanover Regional was much better and efficient before Novant took over. It's pathetic. Dr. Kornegay and his team are outstanding and couldn't ask for a better Dr.

The new computerized records system is way more complex than necessary. It takes too much effort to use for a simple visit.

When I went in for my bloodwork a week before my appointment, I had to wait 10 minutes because all the girls were on their PHONES!!! This was VERY RUDE and I did not appreciate it. I was the only one there and felt totally ignored.
