I was taken care very well and much appreciate for clarifying all questions and concerns being asked with lot of patience and empathy. The only improvement although its more towards operational aspect but getting an appointment or reschedule is tedious as there is nothing available for months, I tried to reach for an emergency situation to reschedule an appointment but unfortunately couldn't get one.

Heather was very helpful and the nurse, who did initial questions was very thorough.

It was great to see Heather again. She took the needed time with me to make the best decisions for my health care. She is personable, caring, and makes me feel very comfortable.

We need more medical offices to pattern themselves after this one. The nursing staff, the NP and the doctor are personable and provide an atmosphere that they are about you and your health even though you are a senior citizen. Many offices today seem to convey an uncaring attitude towards seniors. Thank you for caring.
