My provider, Lisa DeVries, has done an excellent job taking over from my retiring primary care of 12 years, Elizabeth Moore, who knew my body very well. Lisa’s team gets me an appointment in a timely manner, addresses everything on my issue list and then goes over the plan she has for each issue. I don’t wait long in the waiting room and even with labs drawn I am in and out in less than an hour with a summary of everything we discussed and what is going to happen next. If I have any questions, I contact her by MyChart and they respond within 1 day. Novant is Great Medical Care.
