This was my first visit with this provider. I need it PCP and I really liked her and I am going to keep her as my PCP.

I was impressed with Ashley Clark, NP & Scott the office manager. They were on spot. Ashley is a great choice for my care since Hailey left. I would choose Crystal as her assistant if it were up to me! They would be a great team.

Ashley Clark is very professional AAAA+ ALL of novant staff is excellent.

It was great the staff was wonderful and engaging. The lab tech who drew my blood was wonderful as well!

Ashley was very thorough and did a detail look into my medical history and medical records to come up with a plan for my continuation of health. I felt like she listened and and is very concerned about the well-being of her patients.

I checked in and was seen within a few minutes. I was able to get my bloodwork while at this facility which is important to me because sometimes I have limited time to get to the DR and I like the convenience of being able to get everything done in one building.

Wonderful drs and staff. Everything I was praying for, even at the front desk. Everyone was so friendly but yet very professional. Very happy I found a wonderful doctor that truly cares about his patients well being.

I have always felt like I was well taken care of by Dr M Philip, And the NP, and PT’s that saw me when he couldn’t. I would recommend this practice and Dr Philip to anyone who asked.

Ashley determined how it was so important to make sure my needs were met. So she had X-rays done to make sure of what we cannot see to be clear about my condition.
