This was my first visit with Dr Bears. Therefore I cannot honestly say if I would recommend him to others as I need two further evaluate him. I was impressed that he listened and also when I needed a refill on my prescriptions he was very prompt. These two items are important to me as I am a RN

I have been coming to this facility for many years and I feel very comfortable discussing my health issues with Dr Bearss. I feel that we all should feel comfortable discussing our health issues. If that aspect is not there I am sure that some people will not receive the care that they need. Everyone at this office is very friendly and willing to help me in any way they can.

Specifically Christy and the other nurse (I think her name was Jennifer), made me feel so much more comfortable with my appointment. I have a phobia of needles and they accommodated to that phobia so well physically and emotionally, I felt like I was valued like family. It completely changed my perspective on getting shots and I don’t think I’ll ever dread making an appointment again because of them. Jennifer was the one who actually took my appointment call and she was so sweet on the phone. Dr. Bearss also was phenomenal with squeezing in my last minute appointment! Overall they all were so very understanding and kind.

Doctor listens carefully to the patient. And responds with experienced knowledge, respect, care and listens to the patient etc.
