Drove from Columbia SC to Charlotte NC to seek care for my 10 month old son who has had on going issues since birth. From the front staff to the back staff and the GI specialist Dr. Houck were great. 10/10

Was our first appt Dr came in I was finishing paperwork and in his notes stated I was saying I was playing on my phone and I was filling out the paperwork that front desk told me to . Cause as soon as we checked in they called us back and Dr came in office and checked my son then stated we will call u with appt to have surgery that was it .

It would have been nice not to be cut off during asking a question, talking about things that have been going on with my child.

Dr. Houck was very attentive. My 8yo spoke directly with him about his symptoms and he was patient. His staff was awesome as well. This is the first time I've been in a pediatric setting were the staff felt like they were trained to interact with children. Well done.

Dr. Houck was very attentive, listened carefully, helped our daughter feel comfortable (this is very difficult for her because she’s shy and gets very nervous), super easy yo talk to, and totally put us at ease. He’s a bright light with impeccable bedside manner. So thankful for his guidance and time.
