This was my first appointment so I was nervous as I am looking for a Doctor that cares and listens to me. Dr. Frunza and the lab technician/phlebotomist that does my blood work are incredible providers. I feel like they both genuinely care about my wellbeing overall. Dr. Frunza is always so caring, personable, and thoughtful so I always feel right at home. The person who does my bloodwork (which I should know her name by now because she’s been there for years… I’m sorry) ensures that my time in the lab is quick and painless. She also makes me feel right at home. I’m truly grateful for the care that they’ve both shown me over the years.

As a patient, I did not feel heard. I was talked over and felt like the provider needs to be trained in culture competency. I prefer not to be referred to her again if I need to be seen for urgent care.

Dr Frunza is always personable and I feel free to discusses any problems that I may be having. She has a kind approach which makes you feel understood when you are having a conversation. Would recommend her to anyone. Stephanie her assistant mirrors the same attitude.
