The doctor really listened. After a year of going to different doctors and getting tests I finally feel like I have an advocate. Other doctors have shrugged at my symptoms.

I was not able to get a second appointment to have a EMG until November 14th. This is over 2 months from the date of this visit. Time is critical for neuropathy and my ability to walk is at risk every passing day. Therefore, this is my only dissatisfaction.

Dr. Evans listens to what you have to say he will talk to you and when he has made a decision he ask your opinion. Great and caring doctor.

I was thankful for the attention given to my concern and that I was not diagnosed with a serious neurological disorder which put my mind at ease . But if I had been, I believe I would have respectfully sought the services of a different provider. A genuinely caring manner is important to me. For whatever reason, I did not get that impression on that particular day.

I really appreciate them working me in on a short time frame after another patient possibly canceled their appointment.

The staff take me back to an exam room in a timely manner. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and waited for less than 5 minutes. E-checking via mychart makes the process much more effective. Dr Evans patiently listens to me and my symptoms. He takes into account my preference in treatment rather than adjusting my medications alone. It’s nice to discuss a variety of options for treatment.

Dr Evans provides remarkable care and was very compassionate. He was an active listener and asked questions. He is a wonderful asset to Novant Health. The nursing staff was awesome. Very nice and cared about the issues at hand. Thank you Novant Health!
