Frankie has been a true PARTNER in my care and my spouse's. I am so afraid we will lose her as accelerating demands on providers are making it impossible for caring, COMPETENT people to survive. Both my spouse and I are retired healthcare professionals, so this concern of ours is valid. I sent a mYChart message to Frankie around 10:45 PM and got an immediate response. Asking folks to work at 10:45 PM is not reasonable, if you want them to survive and care for us.
