My visits are once or twice a year and I know I can depend on her to take care of me. My husband is also. She’s an excellent nurse practitioner and my whole family loves that office of people for our medical care.

I followed Courtney Keatts when she left her last practice she was at and I don't regret it at all. I drive 35 minutes to get there but she's well worth it. Best physician I've ever seen before.

Execellent support staff, responsive , nurse Ginger Farris & NP Courtney Keatts quickly analyzed my symptoms, developed recovery plan with medications and exercise. Improvement within 2 days & continued until totally gone.

The receptionist I checked in with didn’t say a word to me. She just looked at me and expected me to say my name. It is so rude! It’s not the first time she has greeted me this way. She makes me feel like I’m bothering her to show up for my appointment. The person I checked out with was really nice! My nurse, nurse practitioner, and lab tech were great!
