Staff members were very helpful checking me in I only waited for a minute before I was completed my exam positive atmosphere and the smile made a difference from the beginning to the end there was remarkable service from the entire staff

This is my third physical with Mr. Kelley and he is always very kind and listens carefully, answers all my questions. Same with the staff. Fantastic. Did not have a urinalysis and could have been not needed it or just simply forgotten. Not a big deal at all. Thanks to all at Novant.

Great experience

Previously I had found my doctor to be brusque and distant, hard to talk to, distracted and seemed in a rush somehow, but on this recent occasion there was a vast improvement and I was genuinely pleased.

The facility is convenient and clean.

Love when the front desks is smiling. they are always focused. It makes the patient comfortable.

This was my first visit to the facility and doctor. The experience was great compared to the other doctors I've had.

I appreciate the effort put forth to help resolve my issue. I felt important. My issue was discussed with me, and I felt included in the treatment plan. The staff was courteous and helpful!

To answer some of the questions: I like Dr Kelley. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment. I went in to get a Shingles shot and blood work. They tried to talk me into another appointment to do my bloodwork even though I had alread fasted for this one. My bloodwork results went to MyChart and were terrible like I am pre-diabetic/pre heart attack and no one has called to talk to me about what to do. I was supposed to get called about a referral and nothing has happened. This has been my second visit at this location that has been less than stellar.
